from Australia.
My name is Neil. For most of my 66 years I have been involved in the restoration and appreciation of classic cars, motorcycles and trucks. The passion began with this handmade tubular pedal car that I absolutely adored!
I've also long had a passion for guitars, and I operated a vintage guitar business, originally named Real Note Guitars and then Grouse Guitars, for a decade or so, amassing a large collection of photographs and researched data about the guitars and amplifiers that passed through to new owners around the world.
Here you can select between seeing the Grouse Guitars archives or each of the 'Kelly St Classics' cars, trucks or bikes I am presently enjoying or restoring, or have owned in recent years. I am also presently saving/restoring some beautiful, huge old sheds in central Victoria where I work on my various projects, which can be seen in the link below.
I do not generally sell my cars, only doing so when a special opportunity arises to restore a special vehicle, and my limited funds force me to let one go. It's a passion, not a business.
