↑ A bloke really can't have too many classic trucks. A slightly smaller classic truck would be really handy on the property, and I simply hadn't warmed to a perfectly capable '80s Mazda E2200 diesel that was doing the workhorse duties, so when this late 1974 build (1975 model year) Toyota Dyna came up for sale, I just had to have a look. Low miles (advertised, and for once obviously genuine), almost entirely rust-free after a shedded life in western Victoria (Australia), I purchased it without even a test drive...and instantly sold the Mazda to pay for it.
↑ ...but after
offloading it from the trusty Isuzu I took it for a drive around the
property and was totally amazed! Tight as a drum, silent, and everything
worked as it should! Once a few major jobs are out of the way, this Dyna is
going to be treated to a pretty comprehensive tidy-up. It absolutely
deserves it!
↑ For now,
the Dyna fits perfectly in this old shed and leads an active life around the
property.
