Now here is a real find for musicians and collectors alike. This made-in-USA Guild D50 acoustic guitar is in near-mint condition, with only the slightest marks here and there detracting from an otherwise 10/10 guitar. It truly is astounding. The D50 model ran for 30 years, from 1963 to 1993. They are a Dreadnought, with 15 3/4 inch lower bout, 25 1/2 inch scale, solid Spruce top, solid Rosewood back and sides and Mahogany neck, with an Ebony fretboard and bridge. All super-quality timbers, which add up to a super-quality all-American acoustic guitar! The Chesterfield headstock inlay was introduced in 1968. Serial number on this guitar is DD100636, placing its manufacture date in mid 1979, when serials ran from DD100213 to DD100944. The guitar was produced in the Westerly, Rhode Island factory. Check out the detailed photographs in the 'more pictures' link below. It's simply amazing! Even the original case, with its key and warranty card still in the pocket, is in fantastic condition (see last photograph). Great action, great tone, simply a grouse guitar. This is one you will keep for life. Sold to Mario
