This handmade 12-string Jumbo acoustic was purchased from Gerard Gilet in 2003 by the previous owner. I have been a big fan of Gerard's handmade guitars since I met him back in the late 1970s in Sydney. I sold my much-loved Gilet Jumbo to an appreciative new owner some time back, and miss it a lot! It features the most beautiful high-grade solid Spruce on the top, solid Blackwood back and sides, New Guinea Rosewood neck, and African Rosewood fretboard. This stunning acoustic guitar features solid rosewood and maple bindings and herringbone top trim, and comes with a hand-written valuation from Gilet Guitars dated the day of the sale, 17th January 2003, of $4000. It comes with a Hiscox case, and is in perfect, as-new condition, as it was simply stored after purchase due to the previous owner's work commitments. Stunning looks, stunning sound. Sold to Cam
