One thing I really have a passion for is quality Australian guitars. Our luthiers have attained world recognition, and many of the top players in the world own, play and treasure handbuilt Australian guitars.

One such luthier is Bryan de Gruchy. First established in 1978, DeGruchy Guitars produces only totally handbuilt instruments, each individually constructed by Bryan in his one-man workshop in the Adelaide Hills, Australia.

This beautiful 12-string Jumbo was made by Bryan in the mid 1980s. Its tone is absolutely beautiful - very full, yet not at all boomy. Plenty of volume too, unlike many 12-strings which seem to be braced so excessively that any tone is killed before it's even made! This beautifully constructed 12 string has all the projection and volume you could ever wish for.

Bryan has advised that this guitar has a Canadian Sitka Spruce top, American Rock Maple back and sides, Maple neck, and Ebony fingerboard and bridge. He also advised that he has only ever made three 12-string guitars, so it is a VERY rare guitar!

A stunner, and in phenomenal condition. Comes with its original high-quality hard shell case.
